However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a streamlined return process to address your concerns promptly. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons other than product damage.

Steps to File a Return Request:

  2. Provide clear photographic evidence or a video explaining the reason for the return, along with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Our dedicated support team will assess the situation and guide you through the return process.

Return Approval and Procedure:

If your return request is approved, you must ensure that the product is returned to us within 10 days from the date advised by our support team. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will issue store credit or arrange for a replacement shipment.

Please ensure that the returned product is unused, unworn, and retains its original tags for eligibility.
